Against this background, Wanxiang A 123 Systems Corp. held a product launch conference named "SEEK" on March 20, and released three battery products at one time based on low-voltage battery cell solutions: Flash Charge Ultra, Sky Distance Battery and Infinite Battery.

First of all, Flash Charge Ultra can achieve "full charge in 5 minutes" with its 12C ultra-high rate charging technology. It also has three core advantages: wide temperature range (-40℃ to 60℃), long life (capacity retention rate ≥70% after 5,000 cycles) and high safety.

By optimizing the nanostructure of the lithium iron phosphate positive electrode to reduce the resistance to lithium ion migration, and combining it with the BMS intelligent management system to monitor the battery status in real time, the product can still output stably under extreme environments and completely replace the high-risk scenarios of LEAD-ACID batteries.

The second product is the Sky Distance Battery, which has an ultra-high energy density of 860Wh/kg and an extremely lightweight of 112.8g, increasing the drone's flight time from 40 minutes to 100 minutes and freeing up more than 30% of the payload space.

Its breakthrough comes from semi-solid-state battery technology: Through material innovation and structural optimization, the Sky Distance Battery can still work normally at low temperatures of -30°C, and its performance increases instead of decreases at high temperatures of 60°C. After 300 cycles, the capacity retention rate exceeds 80%, and its lifespan is twice that of traditional batteries.

More importantly, the Sky Distance Battery has passed rigorous safety tests, solving hidden dangers such as spontaneous combustion at high temperatures and shutdowns at low temperatures, clearing the way for large-scale commercialization of drones.

The third product, the Infinite Battery, has even better performance, with an ultra-high power density of 25,000W/kg. This product is derived from the technology used by Wanxiang 123 in F1 events. It supports 150C ultra-high rate discharge and can be charged to 75% in 1 minute at room temperature. After thousands of cycles, the capacity retention rate is still 87%.

The most valuable thing is that even when charging and discharging at a rate of 150C at a high temperature of 80°C, the temperature fluctuation of the battery cell does not exceed 10°C, which also solves the problem of performance drop of high-power batteries. The straight-line speed of drones equipped with infinite batteries exceeds 300km/h, far exceeding the 230km/h limit of traditional models.

The emergence of Flash Charge Ultra, Sky Distance Battery and Infinite Battery has solved the energy replenishment anxiety, endurance shortcomings and power bottlenecks in their respective application scenarios.
